Sharp UK Celebrates 20 Years With Procurement Services

Sharp UK Celebrates 20 Years working with Procurement Services

This year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary working with Procurement Services.  Our relationship started in 2004 when we became a supplier on the “Kent County Council Supply of Photocopiers Framework Agreement”, let on behalf of the Central Buying Consortium.  We have since continued to retain our place on the successive contracts including the current “Multi-Functional Devices and Digital Solutions” Framework and over the past five years added the Audio-Visual Solutions to our framework portfolio.

Procurement Services is a market-leading procurement services organisation that focuses on providing compliant routes for the UK Public Sector to procure products and services from approved suppliers.

Being a supplier on Procurement Services’  frameworks has allowed us to foster a deep understanding of the Education and wider Public Sector organisations it collaborates with and the challenges they face. Overtime, this has allowed us to develop a portfolio of products, services and solutions that can be integrated and tailored to solve client challenges.

Our recent collaboration with the University of Buckingham is a shining example of this.  They were looking to improve their hybrid learning capabilities and create a seamless experience for both students and educators. Our consultative approach, tailoring Audio-Visual solutions to these needs, enhanced learning experiences for all.

David Harrison, Director of Public Sector Sales at Sharp UK, said, “I am very proud of what we have achieved together with Procurement Services over the past 20 years.  Collectively we offer best in class solutions for Managed Print Solutions, Document Services and Audio-Visual Solutions to Education and wider Public Sector organisations, simplifying procurement under a compliant contractual framework.  Together we have helped thousands of organisations improve services, reduce costs and deliver value to their stakeholders.”

Additionally, Tarryn Kerr, Managing Director of Procurement Services, said, “We are delighted to have created a strong partnership with Sharp UK over the past 20 years. We are proud to be able to work together to offer the Public Sector a simple, compliant route for procurement, which in turn enables organisations to procure solutions that drive efficiencies and deliver added value across the UK.”
