Sharp Europe, a leading provider of business technology services and products, has today announced the acquisition of Apsia, a French based company specialising in digital transformation and cloud integration.
Apsia, which generated over €22.5 million in revenue in 2022 and has over 150 employees, offers a broad range of services across Cloud ERP, Cloud CRM, Cybersecurity, Data/IA & Cloud Analytics as well as consultancy and implementation programmes. The strategic investment strengthens Sharp’s position as an IT services business across Europe, following significant investments in the UK and Switzerland over the last few years and strong organic growth.

Apsia will bring expanded technical expertise into Sharp and strengthen its role as a trusted partner for the implementation of IT for small, medium and larger companies and organisations. Apsia will continue to operate under its own brand in the French market.
