Ben Welton

Ben has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years within the private, public, academic, and charitable sectors, and for the last 18 months, he has been looking after the team which supports Sharp’s largest and most complex clients while also setting up Sharp’s Education IT Services business to support academic institutions.
Ben enjoys helping our clients use technology to make their businesses, charity, or academic institutions better and more effective places to work. Ben is passionate about the service our team gives to our clients; they aren’t just a number in a system but people and teams we want to work with for the long term.
Matt Riley
Director of Transformation & Security
Matt has worked in the IT industry with Sharp for 10 years in several public sector organisations prior to this.
Matt started his career with Sharp as an operationally focused account manager to over 150 businesses but has since specialised in Information Security and Data Protection frameworks. Matt has rolled out complex projects to bring Sharp UK up to the appropriate standard over the last 3 years and has led European-wide projects.
Matt leads the Information Security Work Group for Sharp in Europe and, in addition to this, Matt has worked with many businesses by looking at how they can improve their respective frameworks along with supporting them following major disasters.
Jon Chamberlain
CEO of the Dukefield Group
Jon Chamberlain, CEO of the Dukefield Group is the senior framework lead for Crescent Purchasing Consortium’s Multifunctional Devices and Digital Transformation Solutions framework which is contract managed by Dukefield Procurement on behalf of CPC.
Dukefield has extensive knowledge of traditional printing devices and newer digital offerings for the education sector. Dukefield also has a help desk service provision for procurement and technical advice which Jon will provide details of in the webinar and a general overview of the framework.
