Onsite IT support is included in many of our support packages, however, if required Sharp’s highly skilled IT experts can recruit, train, and manage an IT manager or even a whole IT team on your behalf – the possibilities are endless.

Full-time onsite IT support
If you require a full-time IT manager, or even a team of full-time IT experts permanently in your organisation, Sharp can recruit, train and manage an employee or team of employees on your behalf.

Part-time onsite IT support
As part of our Complete IT Manager service, you will be assigned a Technical Consultant who will provide on-site IT support services, working on projects and supporting your teams. The amount of time your Consultant will spend on site, as well as the projects they’ll work on and other support they will provide will be decided when you’re building your bespoke support package with your Account Manager. We’ll take into account your IT roadmap (if you do not have one we will create one for you), your business goals, and needs to determine how much on-site IT support you’ll need. In addition to a part-time onsite IT support consultant, you’ll also enjoy all of the other benefits of our Complete IT Manager service such as comprehensive audits, unlimited helpdesk support, managed monitoring, training and development, and much more.
